Randall Grubb is the president of Legacy Management. LEGACY Management (LM) combines professionalism with high quality services that ensures your event is executed smoothly. With multiple years of event logistical and event production management, LEM offers their clients a wide variety of event related services. The team includes assistance in design and layout, production and stage management, equipment acquisition and management, catering and banquet services, security management, transportation management, and volunteer recruitment and management strategies.
Randy and Dawn Grubb founded LEGACY Management, Inc. in Denver, Colorado in 1998. They have combined their complementary talents and experience in the many facets of event management, event production and volunteer recruitment services. Randy and Dawn have created a Management firm with a powerful and comprehensive nation wide network that can serve any organization in every city in the United States. Randy's experience while at Promise Keepers ranged from developing and building the retail department to assembling and managing the event services department. As the National Event Manager for Promise Keepers, Randy's experience included managing an event service team of 12 staff and executing over 70 events. These events ranged in size of 500 attendees to over 850 thousand attendees. Randy served as the Promise Keepers project team leader in the development and management of the "Stand In The Gap" event. This event took place on the national Mall in Washington DC and drew between 850 thousand and 1 million attendees on October 4th, 1997.
Dawn brings a strong management style of organization and people management experience. She serves as the Director of Event Volunteer at Promise Keepers. Her responsibilities included the management of a national volunteer staff and the recruitment and organization of 85 Promise Keeper events. Dawn was the team leader in the organization and management of the Stand in the Gap volunteer effort utilizing over 15,000 volunteers.
